Yokomo RD/SD/MD Aluminum Top Shaft (48P/20T)
The Yokomo RD, SD, and MD Aluminum Top Shaft is an optional upgrade designed for the Yokomo Rookie Drift, Super Drift, and Master Drift platforms. This precision-machined top shaft allows the use of the Yokomo Aluminum Lightweight Spur Gear Hub (YOKRD-630 – sold separately) to improve rotation and reduce drivetrain wobble.
This aluminum top shaft provides a secure, accurate fit that enhances rotational consistency when paired with the compatible spur gear hub. Its rigid machining helps maintain stable gear alignment under load, reducing unwanted movement during acceleration and supporting a smoother, more responsive drivetrain feel.
