The TFMini Micro LiDAR Module is a compact unidirectional laser range finder based on time-of-flight (ToF) technology, capable of measuring distances from 0.3m to 12m. It provides high-precision distance data with a resolution of 5mm, accuracy of 1% for distances under 6m and 2% for 612m, and a refresh rate of 100Hz. The module operates at 4.56V DC, consumes 0.6W on average, and communicates via UART (TTL), making it compatible with Arduino and other microcontrollers. Its small size, low weight (4.7g), and strong anti-light performance allow use in indoor and outdoor applications such as robotics, obstacle avoidance, autonomous vehicles, and altitude-hold drones. The 2.3 acceptance angle ensures precise distance measurement in targeted directions.
