PolyFlex TPU95-HF, created from Covestros Addigy family, is a TPU with high flow properties making it ideal for high speed printing. PolyFlex TPU95-HF unlocks new applications for flexible materials in manufacturing.
Can my printer print PolyFlex TPU95?
PolyFlex TPU95-HF can be printed on an indirect drive printer however we highly recommend to use a direct drive printer to print PolyFlex TPU95-HF at its high speed settings. A direct drive printer is a printer with the extruder mounted on top of the hot end.
Printing and Drying Settings?
Printing Temperature: 200C – 220C
Bed Temperature: 25C – 50C
Printing Speed: 40mm/s – 100mm/s
Fan: ON
Direct Drive:
Retraction Distance: 3mm
Retraction Speed: 40mm/s
Indirect Drive:
Retraction Distance: 6mm
Retraction Speed: 60mm/s
Drying Settings: 70C for 8h
(Only if the material has absorbed moisture)
What does 95 means?
PolyFlex TPU95-HF is a high flow TPU, which means with the right setup (direct drive printer), it can be printed at 100mm/s+.
